Are Our BLXCK Pods Real?
They are 100% real!
Our team have been working on this product for a long time and we are proud to finally be able to say that are our BLXCK Pods are custom made and are probably the most unique and exclusive pods on the market.
Please note that for some people who think there are scams being run on BlackPods don't worry about BlxckPods.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express, etc.
Some sellers advertise the "Blackpods v3" please be aware this is only a marketing myth/gimmick. There is no such thing as a Blackpods v1 or v2 or even v3 and there never was. Some sellers have just put a wireless charging pad in the box or made a beautiful plastic box but that is the only difference the boxing material.
It should also be mentioned that none of those sellers who are scamming the blackpods v3 actually accept PayPal. All of those websites do not accept PayPal because they are advertising a product that they will never ship. If you really want to buy then you can buy safely from us with PayPal because no other website will let you buy with PayPal that sells "BlackPods" because none of them are real businesses.

Do I Have To Pay Customs & Import Duites ?
Unexpected extra fees are something no one ever looks forward to, and we apologize if you were not aware that duty fees can sometimes apply on international orders. There is always a chance that your country will charge customs/duties fees for goods over a certain value that are entering the country. Customs duty fees are tariffs or taxes imposed on goods when they cross international borders. Unfortunately this is out of our control because these fees are not collected by Blxckpods.
We don't currently have the ability to include these fees at our checkout because every country has different policies that change frequently. That is your legal responsibility and not ours.
How Can I Track My Order?
Sometimes customers ask "Where Is My Order?" or "How Can I Track My Order?" and with Blxckpods that is very easy to do. Every time a customer orders on our website they are automatically provided tracking information that is sent to their email address they used to purchase with.
Tracking is usually sent within 2-3 days of purchase.

How Long To Ship My Order?
Generally it takes 8-20 days to arrive in most destinations. However international shipping is complex as all orders must pass through customs. Sometimes customs has delays or world events (Customs, Covid-19, such as strikes, protests etc) may delay shipments. You can check the details on our Shipping Policy.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
At BlxckPods, we offer our customers the very best shipping service so you receive your items in a timely and safe manner.
All items are fulfilled from our BLXCK warehouse. They will be safely packed and packaged to ensure your items are delivered in pristine condition.
Since we ship Worldwide delivery times will vary based on what country you live in.
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way".
You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.

Please remember to submit your application within 30 days of receiving the product/s and that the photos have valid date and time stamps. Applications that do not meet this criteria will not be approved for refund. We reserve our right to reject a refund request in the event that we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us. We will happily refund any items that meet several conditions as it is said in our Refund Policy
How do I Return my Order or Get a Refund ?
Since our Pods are custom made and it's a hygiene product, we cannot allow returns or exchanges and all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or does not work from the factory.
If you are to drop them and they break, we cannot offer you any exchange or refund.
